We had a wonderful time celebrating Yom Teruah! We visited, the kids had relay races, we feasted, and of course, there was lots of shofar blowing! Just wanted to say…THAT LOOKS AWESOME!! Looks like you guys had so much fun and we are looking forward to celebrating Yom Teruah this year. Also wanted to say that Foor looks quite enthusiastic. I am the fiance of his son and mother of his grandson.
Can you RECOMMEND somewhere to FIND good but inexpensive shofars? I’d love to find some with the easy trumpet style blower for little kids as well.

My husband and I actually make shofars, but we don’t currently have any finished for sale. Real shofars can be tricky to learn how to blow. Bigger ones are easier than ram horns. For young children, you may want to start with a noise maker so they don’t get discouraged and can just have fun.
