You will receive a printable PDF file of the Bible tabs. I recommend that you print them on cardstock. They are designed to be folded and glued on both sides of the page. Just the cardstock is quite durable, but if you would like to add a little more protection, add some clear packing tape. Lamination would be too difficult to fold and glue on your Bible pages. Four tabs fit nicely down the edge of an average sized Bible.
