Learning to pray – blessing two

Some prayers are spoken from strength.
Others are spoken because we have none.

In this second video of Learning to Pray, One Blessing at a Time, we look at the blessing that acknowledges Yah as the Sustainer of life — the One who upholds the weary, heals the brokenhearted, and remains faithful even in seasons of loss.

This blessing teaches us that prayer does not require us to be strong before we come. It reminds us that Yah is near to those who are bowed down, and that our lives are held even when we cannot see what lies ahead.

In this video, we will:

  • explore the heart of the second blessing
  • read the Scripture passages that support it
  • and gently practice placing what we cannot carry into Yah’s care

This is a blessing for seasons of grief, weakness, and quiet endurance.

You are not required to have the right words.
You are only invited to come.
